The Best Fruits to Grill (This is Not Just for Vegetarians!)

The BBQ season is just around the corner

And while there are plenty of meats, including shellfish, you can just slap the meat Grill, there is also a fantastic option that tastes just as good on the grill as it is fresh, if not better, with a delicious, delicious flavor that works perfectly with the flame.

We are talking about fruit, and it seems that fresh fruit and llama are just a combination made in heaven

No wonder; The rich, juicy flavors of certain fruits intensify as their fructose caramelises in the scorching heat. The fruits burst with flavor with their juice drawn right where their meat is, and that delicious charcoal that wraps the fruit with smoke from the grill is what makes it a gift to the gods.

Those alluring grill brands make fruits even more beautiful, just be sure to use the right grill to seal those juices. We have reviewed several Weber grills, which definitely offer some of the best gas grills for this purpose. However, don't take our word for it, you can also check out, and you'll see that we're not the only ones who like Weber so much.

That doesn't mean you should randomly slap grilled fruits anyway: naturally, there are fruits that work better than others … but some fruits were made to be grilled.

Here are some of our best roasting fruits that will come in a hurry:

  Roast Pineapple
Pineapples are not just for skewers, they can hold their own when cooking alone. Pineapples are unimaginably delicious when cooked on the grill over an open flame, as their acidity and natural flavor turn into a deeply fragrant and sweet flavor. It is the best fruit for grilling for the perfect accompaniment to a robust cut of meat.

Stone Fruits

Nectarines, peaches, and apricots are among the most common fruits you will see most often on the grill – they are, of course, a divine accompaniment to meats like pork chops and meats. Simply cut several fruits in half, peel, discard the hole, and cook meaty side down for about 2-3 minutes. Its sweet and sour flavors are the perfect counterpart to the robust flavors of meat.

 Avocado grill
We know that we have already made stone fruits, and we know that the avocado is one. But it is so good on the grill that it deserves its separate mention. The fatty, rich and slightly sweet meat of the avocado is delicious when grilled on the coals, making it a very creamy and warm delight. In addition, the charcoal marks give it a pleasant roasted flavor. Add it to a salad for a real treat!

Grilled bananas are the perfect way to end a sumptuous and hearty meal on the grill. There are many applications that use grilled bananas for dessert, including grilled banana slices, or just as they are, drizzled with a little maple syrup and caramel sauce. Or anything analogous to such a delicious delight.

 Grilled apples
Apples are crazy when cooked in any shape or form. Candied, baked, caramelized, it doesn't matter. Well, the same is true when they are grilled because the intense heat makes the sweetness of the apple shine. Simply cut them into slices and grill for a minute or two.

Like previous apples, pears are as good as apples when cooked, especially when grilled. Its similar textures and flavor guarantee a winner when you prepare some grilled slices for an appetizing dessert that goes perfectly with your grilled food. As with apples, drizzle with a little syrup and a pinch of cinnamon, and you'll get a barn of cleanser for the palate.

 Grilled Tomatoes
Let's do one thing perfectly clear: Tomatoes are fruit in the botanical sense of the word. And they are the best accompaniment for grilled meat. Simply cut them in half, add a little olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper, and cook on both sides for about 4-5 minutes each … and voila!

Melon is a perfect accompaniment to ice cream or grilled yogurt, just like bananas and apples before. Cut them into pieces and grill on each side for no more than 2-3 minutes per side. Turn it into a divine dessert with a light pinch of unfiltered honey and combine it with a cold scoop of ice cream or yogurt.

 Mango grill
It is not uncommon to see a slice of grilled pork or the chicken dish comes with a mango sauce, so it should come as no surprise to learn that the slices of Grilled mangoes make the perfect marriage with grilled pork chops. Or think about making a really bad grilled mango sauce – simple, easy, and quick. That's something for your guests to write at home, right?

That said, almost any fruit can be slapped on a gas grill as long as they are firm and not mushy or overripe, anything as long as they hold their shape over the flame. Let your imagination run wild and try other similar fruits – you might stumble upon an appetite, tempting and healthy.
